Thirteen years of delivery.
From an Egyptian SAP delivery house to a regional cloud + Data & AI practice serving MEA and the Caspian.
- 2013 — Origins
Founded in Cairo
Phoenix Consulting was established in 2013 in Cairo, Egypt, as a specialist IT services and solutions provider — focused on helping organizations transform through digital technologies, ERP systems and cloud-enabled solutions.
- 2014–2016
Early growth & first implementations
In the first years after founding, Phoenix expanded its portfolio to cover the full IT lifecycle, began delivering major ERP transformation projects for public- and private-sector organizations, and made end-user training and knowledge transfer a defining differentiator in every engagement.
- 2017–2019
Building expertise & recognition
The company established a strong track record of SAP, ERP and digital-transformation projects, grew its regional footprint with clients who needed end-to-end digital strategy and implementation support, and kept diversifying into cloud, data and process automation.
- 2020–2021
Strategic expansion
Amid the global shift toward remote and cloud-first models, Phoenix evolved its cloud and enterprise-data services, invested in AI-enabled insights and automation, and strengthened its long-term support and managed services to help clients scale digitally.
- 2022–2023
Innovation & productized solutions
A pivot from pure services to product-enabled transformation — the launch of digital platforms such as Phoenix Smart OCR, an AI-powered document-processing engine, and joint SAP + AWS solutions delivering real business impact.
- 2024–2025
Strategic partnerships & growth
Phoenix grew into a true digital-transformation partner: deepening partnerships with global technology leaders SAP and AWS, delivering large-scale ERP cloud migrations and AI-enhanced enterprise automation, and expanding professional services around automation and intelligent data platforms.
- 2026 — Today
Leading transformation with vision
Today Phoenix Consulting leads enterprise transformation across MEA and the Caspian — SAP-proven, AWS-led, with Data & AI riding on the same core that already runs the region.
